Ordering
Our online wine lists are updated every week. To order, please call us on 0207 371 21 21, contact us by e-mail, or come and see us at 348 Kensington High Street. We are open seven days a week.
Delivery Times
Deliveries to UK addresses will be made within 3 working days from the day the order is placed, unless otherwise requested.
We are also able to deliver internationally. Call us on 0207 371 21 21 for more information.
Delivery Charges
Delivery within central London is free on all orders of at least 12 bottles or £100 in value.
Other deliveries within the UK will attract a £15 delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled by contacting retail@roberson.co.uk or telephoning us on 020 7371 2121 within 24 hours of the original order being placed.
Ordering Terms & Conditions
You must be aged 18 years or over to place an order and to take delivery of your wine.
If you pay for goods over the telephone with a debit or credit card, delivery will be made to the address at which the card is registered. If you wish to collect you must come into the store to pay.
You may return goods damaged or faulty on receipt only if you first contact us on 0207 371 21 21 or by e-mail, within 48 hours of taking delivery.
Wine Prices and availability
All wines and spirits are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Roberson Wine Merchant until payment is received in full.
Unless marked otherwise, all wine prices are duty paid and include VAT.
The prices for wines marked 'In Bond' exclude Duty and VAT. In all cases the cost of delivery to the customer is additional.

Services
We offer sale or return to any of our customers planning large events such as weddings and parties. We will endeavour to help the customer match the wines and the quantities needed to their particular event.
We loan wine glasses and Champagne flutes free of charge when upi purchase the wines for your event from us.
Discounts
Our standard discounts are 10% on a 9-litre case (twelve standard sized bottles) of wine and 5% on a case of the same size of Champagne.
Discounts do not apply to any products marked as "no further discount" such as bin ends and sale items.
