Marc Perrin and his team have continued to push the envelope for this venerable old estate. Untilising all 15 permitted varieties, the wines of Beaucastel are classic, long lived and complex, capable of shutting down for periods before opening up to reveal unglimpsed of new dimensions. The range here encompasses the Coudoulet wines made just outside the appellation boundary that offer unbelievable value for money, to the rare Veilles Vignes Blanc and Hommage a Jacque Perrin, a most unusual Mouvedre dominated super-cuvee.
