CHâTEAU DOISY-DAëNE 1997

Pierre Dubourdieu says he doesn’t like sweet wine, and yet at Doisy-Daëne he manages to produce a very fine example of elegant Sauternes. This is without doubt one of the top second growths and in very good years is up there with the best of the whole region.
