LITTLE YERRING CHARDONNAY 2008, YERING STATION

The relatively cool climate of the Yarra Valley, just outside Melbourne, is proving a superb area for producing wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that are more subtle and elegant than those found elsewhere in the region. This Chardonnay from Yering is a great example, having plenty of fruit character undercut by an elegant minerality.
